Starting the 100th General Assembly

Welcome to the updated constituent service website for the 18th Legislative District of Illinois. Running from Howard Street in Evanston to Lake-Cook Road up the coast of Lake Michigan, the 18th district encompasses all that can be right about Illinois. While presented with challenges, there is no doubt that the solutions to our problems are already in action in our district.

This week, the 100th General Assembly in the history of Illinois was inaugurated. With our state’s bicentennial taking place next year, this is an important time to take stock of where we are, and where we want to be.

I look forward to working for the district over the coming weeks and months, and as I travel back and forth to Springfield I will endeavor to keep a running log of the potential benefits our deliberative body comes up with.

In the meantime, if you need help cutting through bureaucracy, need help navigating state law and regulation, or want to offer new and creative solutions to our state’s challenges please reach out to my office.

All of my best,

Robyn Gabel
